Plus récemment, il renoue avec son premier amour, le pastel, et se met à la peinture acrylique et techniques mixtes.
Souvent inspiré par la faune et la flore d'ici comme d'ailleurs, une grande douceur et un émerveillement pour la nature est exprimée dans ses oeuvres.
